WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM is the only locally owned and operated commercial FM radio station in the Greater Springfield, Massachusetts Metro Market and in the Pioneer Valley. As a special tribute during Women's History Month, WEIB 106.3 Smooth FM is focused on featuring Exemplary Local Leading Ladies of Distinction who inspire others and make significant contributions to our local communities, region and beyond. 

Suzanne Beck

Her magazine reaches all demographics of women in our region from ages 18 to 65. She also has a video show "IMO (In My Opinion)"!

Milagros Johnson

She has successfully mediated complaints and obtained over $9 million dollars returned to consumers, participated in outreach events to educate consumers on Identity Theft, and was awarded the Outstanding Public Servant Award in 2003.
