Director of the Mayor’s Office of Consumer Information in Springfield, a consumer program funded by the Attorney General’s Office. She has successfully mediated complaints and obtained over $9 million dollars returned to consumers, participated in outreach events to educate consumers on Identity Theft, and was awarded the Outstanding Public Servant Award in 2003.
